Welcome

SamWelcome to Issue 4 of the JEM Promotions newsletter. Whilst the sun didn’t appear as much as we all would have liked, it was certainly a memorable summer none-the-less for the JEM team. I got married (read all about it on page 3), Doug got engaged (our congratulations go to both Doug and his lucky bride–to-be, Emma) and of course, Team GB came home with 47 medals from the Beijing Olympics. So it wasn’t all bad!

As the autumnal nights draw in, its time to think Christmas! Yes, sorry to scare you but it is just around the corner. So in this issue we help you make the right decision when considering gifts; introduce an ethical alternative to an old promotional classic and answer some on the most frequently asked questions when purchasing promotional items. And of course, the newsletter wouldn’t be complete without another chance to bag yourself a £10 M&S voucher.

So, happy reading!

Until next time,

Samantha

FAQs

We are often asked the same questions from customers relating to artwork, minimum order quantities and delivery times for example. So, we have decided to publish a few answers to the most frequently asked questions.

What format do I need to supply the artwork in?
We request that your artwork is supplied in EPS format. Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) is a standard file format for importing and exporting illustration files and can be generated by all drawing applications as well as most layout applications.

What is the minimum order?
This varies depending on the product but bear in mind that the more you buy, the better the unit price.

Can you store our goods until we need them?
If you bulk buy but would like to call off the stock as and when you need it, we will happily store and replenish your stock when required.

What item can be produced the quickest?
Pens! Promotional pens have become the universal choice for corporate gifting as well as brand promotion events and exhibitions. They are one of the most useful articles and are affordable to any company budget. We can brand and despatch a selection of pens within 24 hours!

Can I have a credit account?
Our normal payment procedure is via a proforma invoice but we do offer credit facilities for our regular customers. We also accept credit cards, cheques and BACS payments.

What is the delivery time?
Normal delivery of promotional items is 2-4 weeks. Of course, many items can be delivered much quicker to meet your requirements.

If there is a question which hadn't been answered in the above, by all means email me and I will happily answer it.

“Our glasses arrived safely and they look fantastic. We are really thrilled with them and I'm sure that they will go down a treat at our event of Tuesday! Thanks again.”
